A fast triage designed to classify risk and determine escalation requirements — not a full turnaround plan, valuation, or insolvency opinion.

  • Basic financials where available (quality assessed, not assumed)

Where a reliable cash view cannot be established from client-provided information, an analyst-supported input build may be offered under a separate, fixed-scope diagnostic engagement.
